For mortgages of land you must, where the mortgage will be registered by electronic dealing, ensure that the Borrower(s) sign a Client Authority and Instruction in the form set out in the New Zealand Law Society guidelines on eDealings. Any mortgage should be registered against the whole of the relevant record(s) of title (including the Credit Union Share). In preparing the mortgage please ensure that:
