Formal Dispute Resolution – Grievance Filing. (a) The grievance shall specify the details of the dispute, including, to the extent known, the names(s) of the affected Employee(s), the site(s)/program(s) affected, the Articles of the Collective Agreement affected and the desired resolution. (b) A grievance shall be initiated within 10 days of the date the Employee, the Employer, or the Union or Local first became aware of or reasonably should have become aware of the occurrence of the act causing the grievance.
