Formal Grievance - Step 2 (Superintendent). a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision rendered pursuant to Step l, he/she may appeal the decision in writing within ten (10) work days to the Superintendent. The grievant shall identify each aspect of the Principal's decision with which the grievant disagrees. If no written decision is rendered by the Principal within ten work days, the grievant may submit the original grievance directly to the Superintendent.
