Formal Level II. 1. If the grievance is not settled at Level One, it may be appealed to the Superintendent by filing a written notice within five (5) working days after receipt of the principal’s written answer. If the grievance is not appealed within five (5) working days after receipt of such answer, it shall be deemed resolved. 2. A discussion with the Superintendent or the designee with the intent of satisfactorily resolving the grievance shall be held within fifteen (15) days following receipt of such notice. The Superintendent will notify the grievant and the Association of the date, the time, and the place where such discussion shall be held. The written decision shall be transmitted to the grievant and the Association within ten (10) days after said discussion.
