Common use of Formal Level II Clause in Contracts

Formal Level II. 1. If the grievance is not settled at Formal Level I, the grievance may be appealed within five (5) working days after receipt of the non-Union supervisors (or designee's) written answer to the Superintendent (or designee) who shall address the grievance at a time mutually agreeable to the Superintendent and the Union representative. 2. The Superintendent (or designee) shall give his/her written answer to the grievance within five (5) working days of above meeting.
