Common use of Formal Level II Clause in Contracts

Formal Level II. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance at Formal Level “I”, the Employer’s designated representative shall meet with the Association in an effort to resolve the grievance. The Employer’s designated representative shall indicate the disposition of the grievance in writing within ten (10) days of such meeting and shall furnish a copy thereof to the Association.
