Formal request and prerequisites. If a CB wishes to achieve the status of compliant CB under this Agreement for IT technical domains including higher assurance levels (including augmentations) than the Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level 4 or ITSEC Assurance Level E3, it should submit an application in writing through the Participant in its country to the Management Committee. The IT technical domains amongst those defined by the Management Committee and its assurance levels for which recognition is requested shall be included in the application.   • Data Protection Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation Processor shall provide reasonable assistance to the Company with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities, which Company reasonably considers to be required by article 35 or 36 of the GDPR or equivalent provisions of any other Data Protection Law, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Company Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, the Contracted Processors.

  • Notification of Legal Requests Contractor shall immediately notify City upon receipt of any subpoenas, service of process, litigation holds, discovery requests and other legal requests (“Legal Requests”) related to all data given to Contractor by City in the performance of this Agreement (“City Data” or “Data”), or which in any way might reasonably require access to City’s Data, and in no event later than 24 hours after it receives the request. Contractor shall not respond to Legal Requests related to City without first notifying City other than to notify the requestor that the information sought is potentially covered under a non-disclosure agreement. Contractor shall retain and preserve City Data in accordance with the City’s instruction and requests, including, without limitation, any retention schedules and/or litigation hold orders provided by the City to Contractor, independent of where the City Data is stored.
