Procedures of the Joint Committee 1. For the proper implementation of this Agreement, the Joint Committee shall meet at an appropriate level whenever necessary upon request but at least once a year. Either Party may request a meeting be held.
Purpose of Committee The purpose of the committee is to provide a forum for constructive engagement amongst representatives of plan participants, employers and the plan sponsor on issues of importance to the group benefits plan, including plan design, administration, and communication.
Oversight Committee The Company and Union shall each appoint two members to be part of an Oversight Committee. The Oversight Committee will attempt to resolve any issues that may arise regarding this Letter of Agreement. Issues that the Oversight Committee cannot resolve will be escalated to the Company’s and Union’s respective designees to attempt resolution prior to a grievance being filed and Subsection 102.3(a)(2) timelines will be waived. The Oversight Committee shall also meet and confer over the assessment and advanced placement of new entrants into the Towerman LOP. The employee will no longer be released from the provisions of Letter of Agreement 07-33 to bid to Title 300 GC Line positions in distribution. Currently, employees are required to attend the Company’s Three-Day Climbing Course prior to reporting to the positions. However, the current requirement is only to complete the course. Based on input from the above review, this Agreement proposes to establish a requirement to pass the above Three-Day Climbing Course prior to entry into the Apprentice Lineman or Apprentice Lineman – GC positions. The new requirement to successfully complete the course will be effective with those internal bidders, including those awarded the positions through an Unrestricted Award, who are beginning the apprenticeship on August 1, 2019, or later. An internal bidder who is unsuccessful at the Three-Day Climbing Course will be bypassed for that specific job award. However, the employee will be provided one additional opportunity to successfully complete the course should he or she receive an additional Apprentice Lineman bid or award. Purpose of the Committee In order to xxxxxx better relations between the parties, the purpose of the Committee shall be to discuss matters of mutual concern including matters pertaining to the improvement of quality health care and safe nursing practice. The Committee shall have the power to make recommendations to the Union and to the Employer.
The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.
Implementation and Review The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services. Printing of Agreement The Employer and the Union will share equally the cost of printing sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution by the Union. The content of the cover to this Agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

Contract Negotiation Meetings 14.09 When operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Alliance. Preparatory Contract Negotiation Meetings
