The University and the Union hereby acknowledge that each of the parties expressly intends to authorize the use of the Labor-Management Problem Solving Committee (LMPSC) during the term of this MOU as a means of reviewing, by mutual agreement, the operations of the MOU. It is understood that the benefits to be provided to employees and the cost sharing arrangements between the employer and its employees shall be as set out in any applicable collective agreement or arbitration award.
