Forms of Cooperation Development cooperation may take the form of technical or financial cooperation, humanitarian or emergency assistance. It may be carried out either on a purely bilateral basis, or also in cooperation with other donors and/or multilateral organisations.
Forms and Documents A. Licensee acknowledges that the following permits may be required in order to have the Event at the Property (note – such list is non-exclusive and may not include all possible required permits): sound permit, food service permit, and ABC permit.
Forms of Discipline Discipline includes oral and written reprimands, reduction in pay, suspension, demotion, and discharge.
UNIFORMS AND TOOLS The Employer agrees to furnish and supply all its employees, without cost, laundered aprons and uniforms and such tools as are necessary in the discharge of their work and also service such tools at no cost to the employees.
Codebook Format The codebook describes an ASCII data set (although the data are also being provided in a SAS transport file). Forms and Specimens The forms and specimens In Section 7 are incorporated by reference herein and shall be executed in substantial conformance as required or convenient in describing obligations under the Contract Documents.
Formats Formats for records must be satisfactory to FTA and include, but are not limited to, electronic records, including any emails related to the Award, records on paper, and records created in other formats.
Templates The Applicant shall use Templates provided by Alberta Innovates to comply with its Required Reporting Metrics, Reports obligations, and with the Survey requirements. Because the Reports may contain technical or proprietary information about the Project or the Applicant, the Templates will specify when a section will be considered non-confidential. The content of sections that are marked as non-confidential can be disclosed in the public domain. All other sections will be considered confidential, and thus can only be disclosed to the Government of Alberta and to Funding Partners, if any, in confidence, but to no other party.
UNIFORMS AND CLOTHING (a) Each employee shall receive a standard uniform issue as defined in the Vermont State Police Operations Manual, which shall include a dress blouse.
Alternative Forms of Notice Any notice or request required or permitted to be given by a Party to the other Parties and not required by this Agreement to be given in writing may be so given by telephone, facsimile or email to the telephone numbers and email addresses set out in Appendix F hereto.
