Forwarding of Mail. Assignor authorizes the forwarding of its mail by the U.S. Postal Service as directed by Assignee.

Forwarding of Mail. The Company will forward to Employee all personal messages, and all mail sent to Employee at the Company's offices which is marked "personal" or "confidential" or is hand addressed. Mail which is not marked "personal" or "confidential" will be reviewed by Company personnel and, if such mail involves Company business which is not related to any services being provided by the Employee, will be retained by the Company. Mail which does not involve Company business will also be forwarded to Employee. Messages will be faxed to Employee at the following number: (000) 000-0000, or at such other number as Employee advises the Company in writing. Personal mail will be sent to Employee at the following address: 00000 Xxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 or to such other address as Employee advises the Company in writing.
Forwarding of Mail. OFFSHORE-COMPLETE TM BUSINESS ADDRESS Under no circumstances are You to list an Offshore-Complete TM address as Your business address. In the event you list our address as the business address for you or one of the entities on Your Account, Offshore-Complete TM reserves the right to terminate service for the Account, or resign as registered agent for any Entity on the Account, and You shall not be entitled to any refund. Additionally, You agree that the cost of any such resignation shall be Your responsibility. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Offshore-Complete TM for any costs or damages related to Your unauthorized use of an Offshore-Complete TM address as your business address.

  • Processing of a Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the Employer that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities. The aggrieved employee and a Union representative shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss of pay when a grievance is investigated and presented to the Employer during normal working hours provided that the employee and the Union representative have notified and received the approval of the designated supervisor who has determined that such absence is reasonable and would not be detrimental to the work programs of the Employer.
