Foundations of Higher Mathematics. Mathematical Proof Institutions may determine how the competencies identified in these primary content areas are met. For example, one institution may choose to embed the Calculus competencies in four 3-credit courses, while another institution teaches the same competencies in three 4-credit courses. How an institution incorporates the competencies into the associate degree program does not affect the transferability of the associate degree under this Agreement in so long as all of the competencies are met. See Appendix A: Program-to-Program Articulation Model for Mathematics.

Students are required to earn a minimum grade of C (equivalent of a 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale) or better in courses addressing the required competencies specified in each content area. See Appendix A: Program-to-Program Articulation Model for Mathematics.

  • Return of Materials Pertaining to Work Product Upon the request of Customer, but in any event upon termination or expiration of this Contract or a Statement of Work, Vendor shall surrender to Customer all documents and things pertaining to the Work Product, including but not limited to drafts, memoranda, notes, records, drawings, manuals, computer software, reports, data, and all other documents or materials (and copies of same) generated or developed by Vendor or furnished by Customer to Vendor, including all materials embodying the Work Product, any Customer confidential information, or Intellectual Property Rights in such Work Product, regardless of whether complete or incomplete. This section is intended to apply to all Work Product as well as to all documents and things furnished to Vendor by Customer or by anyone else that pertain to the Work Product.

When such changes, modifications, or migrations occur, the Licensor shall give notice of any such changes to Licensee as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than sixty (60) days in advance of modification. Such a notice may also be given directly by the Publisher to the Licensee. If any of the changes, modifications, or migrations renders the Licensed Materials substantially less useful to the Licensee, the Participating Institutions or their Authorized Users, the Licensee may seek to terminate this Agreement for breach pursuant to the termination provisions of this Agreement in Section XI, below.
