Franchisee is an independent contractor. During the term of this Agreement, and any renewals or extensions hereof, the Franchisee shall hold itself out to the public as an independent contractor operating its business pursuant to a franchise from the Franchisor. Franchisee agrees to take such affirmative action as may be necessary, including, without limitation, exhibiting multiple public notices of that fact, the content and display of which Franchisor shall have the right to specify. You must identify yourself as the owner of your Franchise by placing your personal or legal entity name on all business materials and documents including all employee related materials, on all checks, invoices, receipts and, contracts and other documents whether they bear the Marks or not and on all printed materials your name must be followed by the phrase "A franchise of Deli Delicious™" or such other phrase as we occasionally direct.
Franchisee is an independent contractor. During the term of this Agreement, you shall hold yourself out to the public as an independent contractor operating the business pursuant to a franchise from Xxxxxx’x. You agree to take such action as shall be necessary to that end, including, without limitation, exhibiting a notice of that fact in a conspicuous place in the franchised premises, the content and form of which Xxxxxx’x reserves the right to specify in the Manuals or otherwise in writing.
Franchisee is an independent contractor. Franchisee is in no way authorized to make any contract, agreement, warranty, or representation on behalf of Sizzler, or to create any obligation, express or implied, on behalf of Sizzler. This Agreement does not constitute either Party as an agent, legal representative, joint venturer, partner, employer, employee, or servant of the other Party for any purpose whatsoever.
Franchisee is an independent contractor. Nothing herein shall create the relationship of principal and agent, legal representative, joint venturers, partners, employee and employer or master and servant between the parties. No fiduciary duty is owed by, or exists between, the parties.
