Free Market Decision. The Franchisee, without constraint and as a free market business decision in accepting this Franchise, agrees to use the Designated Disposal Site for disposal of Franchise Garbage, the Designated Composting Facility for Organics Processing, and the Designated C&D Processing Facility for C&D Processing such decision in no way constitutes a restraint of trade, notwithstanding any change in law regarding flow control limitations or any definition thereof.
