Frequency of Performance Reviews. Tenure-track faculty shall be reviewed the first semester of employment and every fall semester thereafter. One (1) formal review per year shall be the norm for tenure-track faculty performance review; however, additional reviews may be performed with the agreement of a majority of the members of the team.
