Common use of Fringe Benefit Continuance Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefit Continuance. A unit member preparing for a leave of absence or retirement, and unit member being terminated may be eligible to purchase fringe benefits at his/her own expense as provided by COBRA legislation. The cost for such benefits shall be the same as outlined in Article XIV, Section H plus any administrative fee as authorized by the COBRA legislation.
