Fringe Benefits Cost Reduction Committee. CSEA and the District agree to form a committee for the purpose of exploring methods of reducing costs of fringe benefits. The committee shall include in its deliberation changes in the fringe benefit structure, alternative plans, alternative carriers, etc. The Committee shall be comprised of three (3) CSEA representatives and three (3) District representatives. Representatives from CTA may also be added to the committee so long as CSEA maintains proportionate representation and voting.
