From. 1 January 2022 up to and including 1 October 2028, UPC Broadband shall, on or prior to 30 September in each financial year, (a) procure that the CR Report in relation to the immediately preceding financial year is published on Liberty Global PLC’s website or (b) deliver the CR Report in relation to the immediately preceding financial year to the Facility Agent.
