Fulfilment Models. The Seller has a choice between 2 different Fulfilment Models (Vendor Management Shipping or Ikenect Storage). When creating an account on Seller Center, the Seller is by default operating on Vendor Management. The seller can apply for Ikenect Storage by contacting its dedicated account manager or the Seller Support Center.
Fulfilment Models. Orders for physical products are fulfilled under the following Fulfilment Models ("Logistics Services"): Delivery by Seller: Where you are responsible for the delivery of Products to Buyers using postal services, your own logistics services or a 3PL; AgendasuriaMall-coordinated Delivery: Where you are responsible for delivering the Products to AgendasuriaMall's designated location or appointed 3PL (which may be further regulated under a Logistic Services Agreement (for direct billing purposes) between you and a AgendasuriaMall Affiliate), for AgendasuriaMall to coordinate delivery to Buyers (which for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include any domestic postal services); and/or Fulfilment By AgendasuriaMall: Where you are responsible for delivering the Products to AgendasuriaMall's designated location, for AgendasuriaMall (or its designated providers) to co-ordinate their storage, re-packaging (if necessary) and delivery to Buyers.

  • Engagement Model 1. Upon Open Ecosystem Partner meeting the Program Requirements for the first time and subject to Open Ecosystem Partner’s compliance with all Program Requirements at all times during the term of this Sell On Premise Open Ecosystem Model, SAP hereby grants to Open Ecosystem Partner and Open Ecosystem Partner hereby accepts from SAP the right to:

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works International Competitive Bidding. Goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Product Warranty for Software Deliverables During the Project warranty period, defects in the materials or workmanship of the Software Deliverables specified and furnished by or through Contractor shall be repaired or replaced by Contractor at no cost or expense to the Authorized User. Contractor shall extend the Project warranty period by the cumulative period(s) of time, after notification, during which the Software Deliverables require servicing or replacement (down time) or is in the possession of the Contractor, its agents, officers, Subcontractors, distributors, resellers or employees . The Commissioner agrees that Contractor is not responsible for any modification of the Software Deliverables made by an Authorized User without Contractor’s approval.

  • Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works The following table specifies the methods of procurement, other than International Competitive Bidding, which may be used for goods and works.   • Software Subscription Lifecycle During the life cycle of Red Hat Software, the scope of Software Maintenance and Support evolves and, after a number of years, we discontinue Software Maintenance and Support for older versions of Software. The details of the Software Maintenance and Production Support life cycle are set forth at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support/policy/update_policies.html. If available, you may purchase Extended Update Support and/or Extended Life Cycle Support, as described in Exhibit 1.G, to extend your Subscription Services for certain versions of Software.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Purchase Order Pricing/Product Deviation If a deviation of pricing/product on a Purchase Order or contract modification occurs between the Vendor and the TIPS Member, TIPS must be notified within five (5) business days of receipt of change order. Termination for Convenience of TIPS Agreement Only TIPS reserves the right to terminate this agreement for cause or no cause for convenience with a thirty (30) days prior written notice. Termination for convenience is conditionally required under Federal Regulations 2 CFR part 200 if the customer is using federal funds for the procurement. All purchase orders presented to the Vendor, but not fulfilled by the Vendor, by a TIPS Member prior to the actual termination of this agreement shall be honored at the option of the TIPS Member. The awarded Vendor may terminate the agreement with ninety (90) days prior written notice to TIPS 0000 XX Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000. The vendor will be paid for goods and services delivered prior to the termination provided that the goods and services were delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the terminated agreement. This termination clause does not affect the sales agreements executed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member customer pursuant to this agreement. TIPS Members may negotiate a termination for convenience clause that meets the needs of the transaction based on applicable factors, such as funding sources or other needs. TIPS Member Purchasing Procedures Usually, purchase orders or their equal are issued by participating TIPS Member to the awarded vendor and should indicate on the order that the purchase is per the applicable TIPS Agreement Number. Orders are typically emailed to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx. • Awarded Vendor delivers goods/services directly to the participating member. • Awarded Vendor invoices the participating TIPS Member directly. • Awarded Vendor receives payment directly from the participating member. • Fees are due to TIPS upon payment by the Member to the Vendor. Vendor agrees to pay the participation fee to TIPS for all Agreement sales upon receipt of payment including partial payment, from the Member Entity or as otherwise agreed by TIPS in writing and signed by an authorized signatory of TIPS.

  • Innovative/Flexible Scheduling Where the Hospital and the Union agree, arrangements regarding Innovative Scheduling/Flexible Scheduling may be entered into between the parties on a local level.
