Full Bargaining Unit List. Each year, upon request, the Employer shall provide the union a full bargaining unit list which shall include all current workers in the bargaining unit. The Employer will provide the list electronically in Excel format. The list shall include: • First and last name of each bargaining member • Home address • Primary phone number • Work email address • Work phone number • Job classification/title • Work location/work site • Date of hire • Rate of pay • Hourly rate of pay The union may request this information at additional times in the year by putting such request in writing and providing the District reasonable time to comply.
