Officers shall also be entitled to and shall receive full reimbursement for the cost of books required by and as a result of the Officer’s matriculation in an approved police science, administrative science, or public administrative program provided evidence of successful completion of said course is submitted to the Chief of Police and approved by the Borough and further provided that the Officer is in full compliance with the other subsections of this Section.

A PCS re- locator who relocates a microwave link that is either fully outside its market area or its licensed frequency band may seek full reimbursement through the clearinghouse of compensable costs, up to the reimbursement cap as defined in § 24.243(b). Full reimbursement. Payment of the TCG Facility by the Purchaser on behalf of TCG shall be settled for its full amount, free from any deduction or reduction whether on account of any cost, charges, withholding tax or any other cause, so that the TCG Facility be fully and definitively paid and cancelled.
