Full Seniority Credit. (a) An employee who is on the following unpaid leaves of absence, i.e., medical, worker's compensation, and military leave shall receive full seniority credit. (b) An employee who is on other unpaid leave of absence but has been on active pay status for at least fifty percent (50%) of his/her contracted days shall receive full seniority credit (District Seniority A., 1. -- Classification Seniority A., 3.).
