Common use of Full-Time Employees: Notice of Demotion Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Employees: Notice of Demotion. Employees regularly working full-time shall, upon demotion to a lower rate of classification by the Employer, be given one (1) weeks notice in writing or be allowed to retain their rate of pay for one (1) week in lieu thereof.
