Common use of Full-time Probationary Period Clause in Contracts

Full-time Probationary Period. All new or rehired full-time employees shall be on a probationary period of three (3) months from the date of their employment. During that period the Employer will assess and appraise said employees after the first ten (10) weeks of employment and will discuss same with the affected employee. The Employer shall conduct a performance appraisal after the first ten (10) weeks of employment and shall provide a copy to the employee.

Full-time Probationary Period. All new or rehired full-time employees shall be on a probationary period of three (3) calendar months from the date of their employmentmost recent hiring. During that period the Employer will assess and appraise said full-time employees and after the first ten two (102) weeks calendar months of employment and will discuss same such appraisal with the affected employee. The Employer shall conduct a performance appraisal after the first ten (10) weeks of employment and shall provide a copy to the employee.
