Function Information. Organization must obtain prior approval from Hotel for all activities that are planned for the event. The premises shall be used only for those approved activities. Organization agrees to assist Hotel in prohibiting any violation of this provision if Hotel deems it necessary.

Due to electronic amplification capabilities, occasionally it is necessary to require speakers and bands to stay within certain volume limits.
