Examples of Approved Activities in a sentence
The Recipient shall furnish the necessary personnel, facilities, and such other professional services as may be required to perform the Approved Activities.
The Secretary agrees to reimburse the Recipient for costs actually incurred and paid by Recipient in the performance of Approved Activities under this Agreement in an amount not to exceed the Total Contract Funds and in accordance with Article III, paragraph 2.
The Approved Activities to be performed under the terms of this Agreement shall be performed by the Recipient and shall not be assigned, sublet, or transferred to any other party without the written consent of the Secretary.
The Recipient may begin performance of the Approved Activities upon receipt of the Secretary’s written Notice to Proceed.
COUNTY shall only reimburse Subrecipient for documented expenditures incurred during the Agreement Term that are: (i) reasonable and necessary to carry out the scope of Approved Activities described in Exhibit B; (ii) documented by contracts or other evidence of liability consistent with the established COUNTY and Subrecipient procedures; and (iii) incurred in accordance with all applicable requirements for the expenditure of funds payable under this Agreement.
