Function of Joint Health and Safety Committee. All incidents reported through the Incident Responsibility Reporting System and Parklane involving violence as per J.1 (a) shall be brought to the attention of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. The Employer agrees that the Joint Health and Safety Committee shall concern itself with all matters relating to violence to staff.
