Common use of Function of Labour Management Committee Clause in Contracts

Function of Labour Management Committee. The Labour-Management Committee's objectives shall be to discuss and attempt to settle all disagreements that may arise out of this Agreement, excepting the cases where grievance procedures have been instituted and to settle any interpretation of differences that may arise. Any matter felt to be of mutual concern may be discussed with a view to attaining amicable settlement by both parties.
