Apprentice Rates of Pay. Except as provided for in clause 5.4 adult apprentices the minimum weekly and hourly wage rates for apprentices shall be set out in the following tables. Progression through the stages set out in this table shall be in accordance with clause 5.3.2. 5.3.1 (a) N/A 5.3.1(b) N/A 5.3.1(c) N/A.

Apprentice Rates of Pay. (m)(i) An apprentice will not be entitled to a higher rate of pay until the apprentice has worked for a period of twelve months.
Apprentice Rates of Pay. 16.1 The Employer may engage you as a Xxxxx'x Apprentice under the terms of the regulations or provisions of the relevant State Training Authority. 16.2 If you are a Bakers Apprentice, the Ordinary Rates of Pay payable in the respective years of your apprenticeship will not be less than the percentages of the Xxxxx’x Ordinary Rate of Pay set out in the Schedule. 16.3 All other conditions of employment will be in accordance with this Agreement.
Apprentice Rates of Pay. The rate of pay will be identified as a percentage of the Journeyman’s rate as follows: 1 – 6 months 60% 25 – 30 months 80% 7 – 12 months 65% 31 – 36 months 85% 13 – 18 months 70% 27 – 42 months 90% 19 – 24 months 75% 43 – 48 months 95% If the apprenticeship is less than the above four (4) year program, the rate of pay percentages will be adjusted for the period of the apprenticeship.
Apprentice Rates of Pay. (a) The minimum weekly rate to be paid to Apprentices will be the following percentages of the Level 3 classification (Appendix 4 Section B subclause 1.2) and no Apprentice is to work under a system of payment by results: 1 50 55 80 2 60 65 86 3 75 75 88 4 88 92 92 (i) For the purpose of this Agreement, adult Apprentice means a person of 21 years of age or over at the time of entering into a Training Agreement. (ii) Where a person was employed by an Employer prior to becoming an adult Apprentice with that Employer, such person will not suffer a reduction in the rate of pay as a result of entering into a Training Agreement. (iii) For the purpose only of fixing a rate of pay, the adult Apprentice will continue to receive the rate of pay that is from time to time applicable to the classification specified in Appendix 2 in which the adult Apprentice was engaged immediately prior to entering into the Training Agreement with the Employer. (iv) Subject to subclause 17.7(b)(ii) and (iii), the minimum rate of pay of an adult Apprentice will be the rate prescribed by subclause 17.7(a) for the relevant year of the apprenticeship.
