FUNCTION: Professional Goals & Objectives. The evaluator will meet with each bargaining unit member, individually or in small groups, to develop professional goals and objectives for each bargaining unit member, which are due by October 15. Evaluators may offer suggestions to be included in a bargaining unit member's professional goals and objectives. After considering these suggestions, the final contents will be at the professional discretion of the bargaining unit member. At least one of the bargaining unit member’s professional goals shall relate to the building’s Continuous Improvement Plan.
