Common use of Functions Clause in Contracts

Functions. The functions of the Owners’ Committee shall be limited to the following: (a) representing the Owners in all dealings with the Manager; (b) liaising with the Manager in respect of all matters concerning the Land; and (c) exercising all other powers and duties conferred on the Owners’ Committee under this Deed.
