Common use of Funded Teaching Positions Clause in Contracts

Funded Teaching Positions. 1. Teaching positions under the Federal, State and Local programs, where not made part of a full-time faculty member's course load, will be filled on the basis of rotation subject to the approval of the Administration. 2. If the position(s) is specifically funded and the contract with the funding agency specifies instructors with qualifications not available among members of the full-time faculty, the position(s) shall be filled in the same manner and through the same procedure specified in this Agreement for employment of faculty subject to the sole approval of the Administration.
