Funding of the District Project and the Additional District Project. (a) Pursuant to the Redevelopment Agreement, the Developer shall be reimbursed for certain eligible costs advanced toward the District Project and the Additional District Project from the Reimbursement Payments and the CID Diversion Payments, respectively. The District, subject to annual appropriation, hereby agrees to transfer all District Sales Tax revenues to the District Revenues Account, for application as provided in Section 5.2 of the Redevelopment Agreement. Pursuant to this Agreement and the Redevelopment Agreement, the City will act as the agent of the District for the purpose of using District Revenues to reimburse the Developer for certain eligible costs advanced toward the District Project and the Additional District Project by making Reimbursement Payments and CID Diversion Payments to the Developer pursuant to the Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Disbursement Generally OEM shall reimburse eligible costs incurred in carrying out the Project, up to the Grant Fund amount provided in Section 3.
