FUNDRAISING LIMITATIONS. (45 CFR§§ 2520.45) An AmeriCorps Member may spend no more than 10 percent of his/her/their originally agreed-upon term of service, as reflected in the Member Service Agreement, performing fundraising activities. AmeriCorps members may not: Raise funds for his/her living allowance; raise funds for an organization’s general operating expenses, general fund or endowment; Write a grant application for funding provided by a federal agency including CNCS grant proposals such as: Days of Service grants, AmeriCorps VISTA, Summer VISTA Associates, the Corporation for National Community Service grant proposals and AmeriCorps grants.

FUNDRAISING LIMITATIONS. Business Associate shall ensure that any fundraising communications Business Associate makes on behalf of the Covered Entity are in compliance with the rules governing fundraising communications set forth in 45 C.F.R. 164.514(f), including but not limited to the requirement that Business Associate must provide, with each fundraising communication made to an Individual, a clear and conspicuous opportunity for the recipient of the communication to elect not to receive any further fundraising communications. Business Associate shall ensure that all Individuals electing not to receive any further fundraising communications do not receive any further fundraising communications.
FUNDRAISING LIMITATIONS. Except for fundraising events typical of Club’s business (e.g., bake sales), Club shall not conduct on any portion of the Property any sale of any kind. Fundraising by Club that is in conflict with the type and timing of fundraising activities by the School and/or any of its school affiliate organizations shall not be authorized.

  • Advertising Limitations Provider is prohibited from using, disclosing, or selling Student Data to (a) inform, influence, or enable Targeted Advertising; or (b) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any purpose other than providing the Service to LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data (i) for adaptive learning or customized student learning (including generating personalized learning recommendations); or (ii) to make product recommendations to teachers or LEA employees; or (iii) to notify account holders about new education product updates, features, or services or from otherwise using Student Data as permitted in this DPA and its accompanying exhibits
