Common use of Further reviews Clause in Contracts

Further reviews. Developer acknowledges that the Collective Standards contemplate further reviews of elements of portions of the Project by the Town. These reviews include, but are not limited to, monitoring and implementation of environmental mitigation measures. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit or expand the legal authority of Town with respect to such reviews, as provided for by, and which are otherwise consistent with, this Agreement.
