Further Terms of Agreement. Any agreement reached and accepted by the NYEA and the Board shall supersede any contrary or inconsistent terms contained in any individual teacher contracts hereinafter in effect. All future individual teacher contracts shall be made expressly subject to terms of this agreement.

Any agreement reached and accepted by the Operating Engineers and the Board shall supersede and cancel any conflicting verbal or written rules and regulations of the Board and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. All future employees shall be employed expressly subject to terms of this Agreement. Neither party shall be obligated to negotiate further on any matter. Any amendment to this Agreement shall not be binding on either party unless executed in writing by the parties.
