Future Features and Functions. The development, release, and timing of any additional features or functionality of the Software remains at HashiCorp's sole discretion. Accordingly, Customer agrees that it is purchasing products and services based solely upon features and functions that are currently available as of the time an Order Form is executed, and not in expectation of any future feature or function.
