Participant Conduct. Grueninger and its local ground handler reserve the right in its or their sole discretion to terminate any participant who does not abide by its or their rules and regulations, and/or whose conduct is deemed to be such as to endanger the participant, the welfare of other participants, staff members and/or third parties or the success of the program. In the event of such termination, participant will be sent home at the expense of the participant and his or her parent or guardian. The manner and means of transporting the participant home shall be determined exclusively by Grueninger. In the event of such termination, there will be no refund whatsoever. When you book with Grueninger, participant accepts responsibility for any damage or loss caused by participant. Full payment for any such damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) must be paid direct at the time to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. Participant must indemnify Grueninger for the full amount of any claim (also including legal costs) made against Grueninger. Participant agrees to and shall indemnify and hold harmless Grueninger and each of our officers, directors, employees and agents, from any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements and costs (collectively, “damages”) involved with or incurred by Grueninger (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and the advancement of same) with respect to any claims, law suits, arbitrations, or other causes of action, which result, directly or indirectly, from any participant’s breach or violation, or threatened breach or violation, of this Agreement.
Participant Conduct. Failure to observe appropriate standards of conduct will result in immediate dismissal of Participant(s) from the Pavilion. TDA has the sole authority to determine if the actions of a Participant are within the requirements of this section. Participants are responsible for the actions of their employees, representatives, guests and agents in complying with this section.
A. Participants shall refrain from any action that will distract Fair attendees or detract from overall Pavilion operations.
B. Participants shall conduct themselves in a professional manner that is not offensive to standards of decency or good taste.
C. All individuals shall dress appropriately when in the Pavilion or immediately adjacent to it. TDA reserves the right to require Participants to dress accordingly and Participants may not be allowed to return to the Pavilion if they fail to comply. Failure to observe standards of conduct may result in immediate dismissal of involved persons from the Pavilion. No refund will be made of any fees paid.
D. Participants are strictly prohibited from soliciting, collecting or accepting any donations, including tips, regardless of the beneficiary, during the Fair or anywhere else within Fair Park.
E. Exhibits, displays or programs that are dangerous, offensive to the public, create a nuisance, or are inconsistent with or harmful or detrimental to the purposes of the Pavilion will not be approved by TDA.
F. Participants may not to discriminate against any person, customer, or the general public, based on race, sex, color, age, disability, religion, citizenship, veteran status and national or ethnic origin. As applicable, Participants agree to comply with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the United States Civil Rights Act.
G. Distribution of pamphlets, brochures, tickets, coupons or any advertising must be confined to the Participant’s assigned space and approved in advance. Distributing balloons, stickers or other materials with adhesive surfaces of any kind is expressly forbidden.
H. Cocktail parties or related social gatherings of any kind are prohibited in the Pavilion.
I. Prior written consent of TDA is required for the employment or use of any live model (human or animal) or live plants.
J. The use of alcohol or tobacco products of any kind within the Pavilion is expressly forbidden.

Participant Conduct. I understand that I and my child/xxxx are expected to abide by the Program’s rules and participate fully in the Program’s activities and that Xxxxx, at its sole discretion, may dismiss participants from the Program should their behavior be considered unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive. I understand that Xxxxx shall not refund or reimburse any fees or expenses incurred if I or my child/xxxx is dismissed from the Program.
Participant Conduct. Participants and their representatives agree to act in a professional manner during all hours of the Parade. Participant and its representatives will be professionally dressed at all times while working at the model during the Parade Hours. During construction and the Parade, Participant shall ensure that Participant’s representatives, subcontractors and suppliers, shall cooperate with the MBA and shall not do anything that demeans, disparages or reflects poorly on the Parade, the MBA, the construction industry, the Participant builders or subcontractors. Any violation of this provision, as deemed by the Executive Director, may result in financial penalty, expulsion from the Parade, and/or disqualification from future Parades. The MBA will have sole authority to market and promote the Parade. Further, the MBA shall have the full authority to utilize the Parade site as deemed necessary to execute the details of the event. All marketing and promotional materials, whether or not generated by the MBA, shall spell out in full (if visual i.e. electronic download, print, sign) and state in full (if audio i.e. electronic download, radio, television) the full name of the event: “Metropolitan Builders Association’s Parade of Homes” at least one time in each advertisement. Subsequent references to the Parade in the same ad may be abbreviated to the “MBA’s Parade of Homes.”
Participant Conduct. XXXX has high expectations for participant conduct and behavior. Upon arrival at the Program, participants will participate in an orientation and will discuss the nature of the Program community, standards of conduct, and participant responsibilities within the Program community. APEX discusses community norms and expectations with participants intermittently throughout the Program in community settings and includes information on these subjects in written materials with parent/s. In signing this Enrollment Agreement, the participant agrees to abide by the standards of conduct that support the goals of the Program. The success of the community depends upon the full and positive participation of all members. Participants must sign page 4 of this document.
Participant Conduct. Participants at events are expected, at all times, to conduct themselves in a professional and non-disruptive manner consistent with good sportsmanship and PDRA’s role as a family-oriented sports organization with events suitable for attendance by all and, as to those events that are televised, suitable for unrestricted viewing by the general public. Any participant who, in the sole and absolute judgment of PDRA:
(1) verbally or physically threatens another person;
(2) uses vulgar or derogatory language;
(3) engages in unsportsmanlike conduct;
(4) engages in conduct detrimental to the sport of racing;
(5) otherwise creates a condition or circumstance that is unsafe, unfair, or out of order;
(6) is not honest and truthful in his or her dealings with PDRA, including without limitation making a false statement or creating, submitting or using a false writing or document; or
(7) otherwise violates any PDRA rule, regulation or agreement, shall have violated this rule regarding participant conduct.
Participant Conduct. Each Participant must: (i) be appropriately qualified to participate; (ii) login on time for training and in any event not later than twenty minutes after its scheduled start time (for public classroom); (iii) not conduct itself in an anti-social manner that could reasonably be considered contrary to Customer’s applicable employment rules and policies (for public classroom); (iv) protect the confidentiality of his or her Training Portal Login(s) and not share his or her User ID and/or User Password with others; and (v) not share access to the training or the Materials (defined in Section 6.1 below) with any third party for any reason. Trainers shall have the right in their reasonable discretion to exclude from a training session any person in breach of subsections (i)-(v) of this Section 3.1.
Participant Conduct. Landowner(s) and Authorized Representative(s) shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and cooperate with Department staff during DMAP enrollment.
Participant Conduct. Participants must adhere to the following rules of conduct for as long as they are, intend to remain, or intend to become a Participant:
i. Participant will follow the Game’s End User License Agreement, Tournament Operator’s Terms of Use and Service, and any applicable Tournament Eligibility, Consent, and Release Participation Agreement (for either Players or Organizations) with Tournament Operator, all of which are incorporated herein. For example, but not by way of limitation, Participant will comply with Section 12 (Online Rules of Conduct) in Tournament Operator’s Terms of Use and Service.
ii. Participant will use Participant’s best efforts to display superior integrity and well- mannered behavior during each Tournament and for so long as Participant is or intends to participate in Tournaments. Participant shall communicate in a responsible, appropriate, and positive manner in all public forums, including, without limitation, social medial platforms and inside the Game so as not to cause embarrassment to Tournament Operator, the Tournament or any Participant.
iii. Participant will promptly report to Tournament Operator any other user who Participant believes, in good faith, is manipulating or otherwise exploiting the Game to obtain an unfair advantage.
iv. Participant will abstain, at all times, from:
(a) poor, undesirable, or negative behavior towards Tournament Operator or its respective shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees, independent contractors, and agencies, or toward sponsors, other Players, or other Teams; and
(b) any action or inaction that brings either Participant(s) or Tournament Operator into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule, or that shocks or offends the community or any group or class thereof, or that reflects unfavorably on Tournament Operator or reduces the public relations or commercial value of Tournament Operator’s association with the Participant(s).
v. Participant will not engage in any illegal activities while attending or travelling for Tournament Operator events and will obey the laws of the jurisdiction in which such event is held.
Participant Conduct. You and your meeting guests are solely responsible for any meeting discussion that becomes part of the Meeting Record, including with respect to any unintelligible meeting discussion that Xxxxxxx attempts to clarify and make intelligible. You and your meeting guests may not use the Service to record and process meeting discussion that:
(a) (i) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (ii) you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (iii) poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person; (iv) infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party; (v) constitutes gambling or unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, commercial activities and/or sales, spam, pyramid schemes, contests, sweepstakes, or any other form of solicitation; or (vi) in the sole discretion of Scribbl, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Service, or which may expose Scribbl or its users to any harm or liability of any type;
(b) violates the rights or confidentiality of your employer or any other third party;
(c) is unlawful or facilitates the violation of any applicable law or that promotes or encourages illegal activity;
(d) furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities;
(e) seeks to collect email addresses or other contact information for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;
(f) solicits personal information from someone under the age of 18; or
(g) seeks to access or obtain any information through any means not made available or provided for through the Service. Scribbl reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates these rules, including without limitation, deleting the offending meeting information and terminating the Scribbl accounts of violators or blocking one’s access and use of the Service.
