Future Teacher Initiatives. The District and the Union are jointly committed to increasing the number and ratio of teachers of color and to provide incentives for Minneapolis Public Schools students and staff to be trained and licensed as teachers. Such programs include the Education Magnet and Educational Assistants' Career Ladder. Students and employees completing collaborative programs will have hiring preference.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
