Conditions for International Processing SAP shall be entitled to process Personal Data, including by using Subprocessors, in accordance with this DPA outside the country in which the Customer is located as permitted under Data Protection Law.
DOCUMENTS FOR INSPECTION sufficient copies of all documents required to be available for inspection as provided in the Base Prospectus or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) or, in relation to any Notes, the Conditions; and
Standards for Insurers Required Insurance must be placed with licensed insurers admitted to transact business in the State of California with a current A.M. Best’s rating of A V or better, or, if insurance is placed with a surplus lines insurer, insurer must be listed on the State of California List of Eligible Surplus Lines Insurers (XXXXX) with a current A.M. Best’s rating of no less than A X. For Workers’ Compensation Insurance, insurance issued by the State Compensation Fund is also acceptable.
DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION Each of the Paying Agents and the Registrar shall make available for inspection during normal business hours at its Specified Office such documents as may be specified as so available at the specified office of such agent in the Base Prospectus or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) or, in relation to any Notes, the Conditions, or as may be required by any listing authority, stock exchange and/or quotation system by which any Notes may from time to time be admitted to listing, trading and/or quotation.
Transportation of Students Neither the University nor the District will provide transportation for candidates between the University and the District school. Each candidate shall be responsible for his or her transportation.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDED FOR RESALE 38.1. At the request of CLEC, and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, and FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations, Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale Telecommunications Services that Embarq currently provides or may provide hereafter at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers. Such resale may be as allowed by the FCC and Commission. The Telecommunications Services provided by Embarq to CLEC pursuant to this Part D are collectively referred to as "Local Resale." To the extent that this Part describes services which Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale pursuant to this Agreement, this list of services is neither all inclusive nor exclusive.
Vaccination and Inoculation (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions, including in-service seminars, to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees.
