Gas Transported by Enbridge. (i) Enbridge agrees, on any Day, and subject to Sections (b) ii) and (b) iii), to receive on Shipper's behalf at the Receipt Point, any quantity of gas which Shipper nominates and which Enbridge has authorized for Transportation Service and to deliver that quantity of gas to Shipper at the Delivery Point as per Shipper’s nomination; (ii) Under no circumstances shall Enbridge be required to transport a quantity of gas in excess of the Contract Demand; (iii) Enbridge agrees that it shall, upon the request of Shipper, use reasonable efforts to transport gas in excess of the Contract Demand, as Authorized Overrun, on an interruptible basis, if applicable under Schedule 1 hereof; and (iv) Enbridge agrees that it shall, upon request of Shipper, use reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to either the Receipt Point or Delivery Point, after the Timely Nomination Cycle, on an interruptible basis.

  • Natural Gas 21.1 Subject to Article 21.2, the Indian domestic market shall have the first call on the utilisation of Natural Gas discovered and produced from the Contract Area. Accordingly, any proposal by the Contractor relating to Discovery and production of Natural Gas from the Contract Area shall be made in the context of the Government's policy for the utilisation of Natural Gas and shall take into account the objectives of the Government to develop its resources in the most efficient manner and to promote conservation measures. 21.2 The Contractor shall have the right to use Natural Gas produced from the Contract Area for the purpose of Petroleum Operations including reinjection for pressure maintenance in Oil Fields, gas lifting and captive power generation required for Petroleum Operations. 21.3 For the purpose of sales in the domestic market pursuant to this Article 21, the Contractor shall have freedom to market the Gas and sell its entitlement.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Signaling Link Transport 9.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Global Connection-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.

  • Mineral Reserves and Resources The estimated proven and probable mineral reserves and estimated indicated, measured and inferred mineral resources disclosed in the Company Public Documents since December 31, 2006 have been prepared and disclosed in all material respects in accordance with accepted engineering practices and all applicable Laws. There has been no material reduction in the aggregate amount of estimated mineral reserves, estimated mineral resources or mineralized material of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, from the amounts disclosed in the Company Public Documents since December 31, 2006.

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

  • Transporting Students 1. Employees shall not transport students except in accordance with School Board rules. The Board shall adopt a school board policy outlining the teacher’s and the Board’s responsibilities and liabilities. Said policy shall be included in all school handbooks beginning with the 2004-05 school year. 2. Teachers will not be required to transport pupils to and from activities which take place away from the school grounds.
