Settlement of Disputes between Contracting Parties (1) Disputes between Contracting Parties regarding the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Agreement shall be settled through official channels.
Factors Beyond the HSP’s Control Despite the foregoing, if the Funder, acting reasonably, determines that the Performance Factor is, in whole or in part, a Factor Beyond the HSP’s Control:
NATIONAL JOINT COUNCIL AGREEMENTS 20.1 Subject to the National Joint Council By-Laws, agreements concluded by the National Joint Council of the Public Service on items which may be included in a collective agreement, and which the parties to this agreement have endorsed after December 6, 1978, will form part of this collective agreement, subject to the Public Service Labour Relations Act (PSLRA) and any legislation by Parliament that has been or may be, as the case may be, established pursuant to any Act prescribed in Schedule III of the PSLRA.

NOW AND THEREFORE in accordance with the principle of sincere cooperation, mutual benefit and joint development and after friendly negotiations, the parties hereby enter into the following agreements pursuant to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations of the PRC.
Conflict Between this Amendment and the Agreement This Amendment shall be deemed to revise the terms and provisions of the Agreement to the extent necessary to give effect to the terms and provisions of this Amendment. In the event of a conflict between the terms and provisions of this Amendment and the terms and provisions of the Agreement this Amendment shall govern, provided, however, that the fact that a term or provision appears in this Amendment but not in the Agreement, or in the Agreement but not in this Amendment, shall not be interpreted as, or deemed grounds for finding, a conflict for purposes of this Section 4.1.
FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 5.01 If any law now in force or enacted during the term of this Agreement renders null and void any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement. The parties shall thereupon seek to negotiate substitute provisions which are in conformity with the applicable law.
Disputes between the Contracting Parties 1. Any dispute between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall, as far as possible, be settled through negotiation.
Settlement of Disputes between an Investor and a Contracting Party (1) Any dispute between an investor of one Contracting Party and the other Contracting Party in relation to an investment of the former under this Agreement shall, as far as possible, be settled amicably through negotiations between the parties to the dispute.
