GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS 1. Any employee leaving the service of the Company will, upon request, be furnished with a letter setting forth the Company's record of his job classifications, stating his length of service and rate of pay at the time of leaving the Company.
General and Criminal Background Checks 5.2.13.1. PSP hereby represents and warrants, and by execution of an Assignment thereby represents and warrants, that neither PSP nor any of PSP’s employees have been convicted of a felony criminal offense, or of a crime involving moral turpitude, or that, if such a conviction has occurred, PSP has fully advised TFC in writing as to the facts and circumstances surrounding the conviction(s).

Construction and Interpretation Should any provision of this Agreement require judicial interpretation, the parties hereto agree that the court interpreting or construing the same shall not apply a presumption that the terms hereof shall be more strictly construed against one party by reason of the rule of construction that a document is to be more strictly construed against the party that itself, or through its agent, prepared the same, and it is expressly agreed and acknowledged that Company and Executive and each of his and its representatives, legal and otherwise, have participated in the preparation hereof.
ORIENTATION AND INSERVICE 20.01 An orientation and inservice program will be provided to all employees; these programs shall be reviewed and discussed from time to time by members of the Union-Management Committee. The Committee will promote an environment that supports continuous learning, enhances opportunities for career development and will assist in the assessment, analysis, development and evaluation of the education programs at the facility.
Technical and Interconnection Requirements 2.1 Consumer agrees that his Rooftop Solar PV System and Net Metering System will conform to the standards and requirements specified in the Policy, Regulations and Supply Code as amended from time to time.

General Application The rules set forth below in this Article IV shall apply for the purposes of determining each Member’s general allocable share of the items of income, gain, loss or expense of the Company comprising Net Income or Net Loss of the Company for each Fiscal Year, determining special allocations of other items of income, gain, loss and expense, and adjusting the balance of each Member’s Capital Account to reflect the aforementioned general and special allocations. For each Fiscal Year, the special allocations in Section 4.4 shall be made immediately prior to the general allocations of Section 4.3.
Application and Interpretation For the purposes of this Chapter:
