Developer Works definition

Developer Works means all relevant civils infrastructure at the Site for the installation of the BT Equipment, including draw rope, cable, tube, ducts and chambers, using Materials provided by BT;

Developer Works means the programs, solutions (including, without limitation, products, publications and services), modules, components or functionalities developed by Developer that (i) are compatible with and are used and/or interfaced with the Software and (ii) contribute significant value‐added functionality or enhancements to the Software, including, without limitation, all modifications, enhancements, and updates thereto.

Developer Works means those works set out under Schedule 6Part 1 (Developer Works).

Examples of Developer Works in a sentence

• In respect to the carrying out of the Developer Works, the Developer must comply with the New Road and Street Works Act 1991 as if the Developer were the “Undertaker” referred to in the Act.

• On completion of the Site, BT may collect any Materials (at BT’s cost) which the Developer does not use to carry out the Developer Works.

• The Developer shall comply with all reasonable health and safety instructions relating to the Developer Works given to the Developer by or on behalf of BT and BT shall comply with all reasonable health and safety instructions relating to the BT Works given to BT by or on behalf of the Developer.

• BT will at its own cost provide the Developer with the Materials for the Developer Works in accordance with the Specifications.

• The Developer must comply (and ensure anyone who works for the Developer or on the Developer’s behalf complies) with the reasonable instructions of BT and all relevant laws and regulations relating to the handling, transportation, storage and disposal of waste and/or hazardous waste in connection with the Developer Works.

Developer Works means the following works, as specified or described in Schedule 2, including design, construction, supervision, testing and certification:

Developer Works means (together) the Demolition Works, the Substructure and Enabling Works and the OSD Works, but excluding any Preliminary Investigations and any Pre-Demolition Works;

Developer Works means all of: (a) Developer's independently developed property of any type or nature, provided, used or developed in the course of performing the Services or preparing the Deliverables, whether tangible or intangible, excluding Third Party Works, but including Developer's software tools, software scripts, methodologies, templates, sample code, specifications or know-how as well as any modifications, extensions, derivative works to the foregoing; (b) Developer’s Confidential Information; and (c) the Intellectual Property Rights in the foregoing.

Developer Works means the Bike Path and the Additional Road Width. Development means the development, within the meaning of the Act, authorized by the Development Consents for the subdivision of the Land and construction of 60 residential dwellings, and associated works including but not limited to the construction of a 25m wide road reserve linking Xxxxxxx Drive with the Saltwater land to the south (being Lot 35 DP 1214499). Development Application has the same meaning as in the Act. Development Consent has the same meaning as in the Act. Development Consents means the Concept Consent, the Stage 1 Consent, and the Stage 2 and 3 Consents, collectively. Development Contribution means the monetary contribution, the dedication of land free of cost, the carrying out of work, or the provision of any other material public benefit, or any combination of them, to be used for, or applied towards a public purpose, but does not include any Security or other benefit provided by a Party to the Council to secure the enforcement of the Party’s obligations under this Deed for the purposes of s7.4 of the Act. Dispute means a dispute or difference between the Parties under or in relation to this Deed. GST has the same meaning in the GST Law. GST Law has the same meaning as in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Xxx 0000 (Cth) and any other Act or regulation relating to the imposition or administration of the GST.

Developer Works means the Developer Works (Community Association) and the Developer Works (Council). Developer Works (Community Association) means the Works specified or described in the table in Schedule 1D, including design, construction, supervision, testing and certification, that will be vested in the relevant Community Association or related precinct association. Developer Works (Council) means the Works specified or described in the table in Schedule 1, including design, construction, supervision, testing and certification, that will be vested in the Council. Developer Works Completion Date means the date specified in Column 4 of the table in Schedule 1C corresponding to an item of the Developer Works.
