General Conditions Work. Design-Builder shall furnish and supervise the General Conditions Work. Design-Builder shall be responsible for, and shall pay without Owner’s reimbursement, all costs and expenses, including Costs of the Work, arising from the General Conditions Work that are in excess of the General Conditions Work Cost Limit.
