General Conference and Orientation of Staff. Each immediate supervisor(s) will be responsible for the process of the Lancaster School District. Such orientation shall include the distribution of all instruments utilized in the evaluation process, a statement of philosophy and objectives of the evaluation program and a thorough explanation of each. Such orientation should take place prior to the official opening of school.
