Volunteer Participating. Teacher is a Teacher with permanent status who volunteers to participate in the PAR Program.

The Volunteer Participating Teacher may terminate his or her participation in the PAR Program at any time.

The PARP must honor this request by any Volunteer Participating Teacher.
