General Consultation. The Commissioner of the Board of Higher Education and such others as he may designate shall meet with the Executive Board of the Association at the request of either party once each semester for the purpose of maintaining good relationships through regular communication and for discussion of matters concerning the implementation of this Agreement. Such meeting shall be held within fifteen (15) days of such request having been made in writing to the other party, which request shall state the reason or reasons for which such meeting is to be held. The Commissioner of the Board and/or his designees and the Executive Board or the Association may meet at other times and for such other purposes as either party may request and as they may mutually agree.
