GENERAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY. The Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute between the Company and a Coach that arises from or relates to the Agreement, the business operated by the Coach, or the opportunity offered by the Company shall be resolved according to the two-step procedure of: (a) informal negotiation; and (b) arbitration. GENERAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY. Disputes between the Company and a Coach that arise from or relate to the Agreement, the business operated by the Coach, or the opportunity offered by the Company shall be resolved according to the three-step procedure of: (a) informal negotiation; (b) non-binding mediation; and (c) trial before a court for claims under $50,000.00 so long as equitable relief is not sought (except as set forth below), or binding arbitration if the claim is for $50,000.00 or more or if equitable relief is claimed. IF A CLAIM SEEKS DAMAGES FOR $50,000.00 OR MORE, OR SEEKS EQUITABLE RELIEF (EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BELOW), THE PARTIES AGREE TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVE CLAIMS TO A TRIAL BEFORE ANY COURT OR JURY.   • DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY It is the policy of the Office of General Services’ New York State Procurement (NYSPro) to provide vendors with an opportunity to administratively resolve disputes, complaints or inquiries related to NYSPro bid solicitations, contract awards and contract administration. NYSPro encourages vendors to seek resolution of disputes through consultation with NYSPro staff. All such matters shall be accorded impartial and timely consideration. Interested parties may also file formal written disputes.   • GENERAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION 16.1 The following provisions apply to dispute resolution under the Agreement, except that the terms of Section 55 shall also apply to the resolution of any billing disputes.

If the Receiver and the Assuming Institution resolve all such items to their mutual satisfaction by the Resolution Deadline Date, then within thirty (30) days following such resolution, any payment due as a result of such resolution shall be made arising from the settlement of the SF Shared-Loss Dispute.

  • Governing Law; Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 9(a), 9(c), and 9(h) of the Employment Agreement.

  • CENTRAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS The following process pertains exclusively to disputes and grievances on central matters that have been referred to the central process. In accordance with the School Board Collective Bargaining Act, 2014 central matters may also be grieved locally, in which case local grievance processes will apply. In the event that central language is being grieved locally, the local parties shall provide the grievance to their respective central agents.
