  • General Duty The Employer will provide, to the extent possible, safe, secure, healthful working conditions for all employees. The Employer agrees to comply with the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and all other applicable federal, State and local laws and regulations, and departmental safety rules and regulations.
