General Expenditures. All Gross Revenues not required to be withdrawn pursuant to the provisions of (1) through (3) above shall be used for expenditure for any lawful purpose of the District, including payment of any rebate requirement or of any obligation subordinate to the payment of all amounts due hereunder or under Parity Obligations. Although all Parity Obligations are secured equally and ratably by applicable Net Revenues, moneys with respect to obligations other than the Installment Payments may be held by trustees under documents and agreements other than this Installment Purchase Contract. The District shall make such transfers from the Revenue Fund necessary to effectuate such obligations’ parity claim on such Net Revenues contemplated hereby.

Although all Subordinate Debt are secured equally and ratably by a subordinate lien on applicable Net Revenues, moneys with respect to obligations other than the Payment Obligations may be held by trustees or fiscal agents under Net Revenue Debt Issuing Documents. The Agency shall make such transfers from the General Fund necessary to effectuate such Net Revenue Debt’s claim on such Net Revenues contemplated by the applicable Net Revenue Debt Issuing Document.
